The location is perfect, only few minutes walk to the nearest stations. The hotel reception is unique with lots of books. The seating area for guests is large and you can alwway find a comfortable sofa to seat for chatting with friends or just seating alone looking out the windows. I have the feeling that I am in the national library. It is cozy, quiet and pleasant. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They help me to bring suitcases to the elevator and press the button for me to go to my floor. The bed was big and so comfortable. The room and the hotel in general are spotless clean. There is no strange smell like at other hotels. The hotel offers free tea and coffee at the reception. This is absolutely a plus compared to othe hotels. The sound isolation is good so even the hotel is in the center of Tokyo, you dont hear noise from traffic. I stayed two nights so the hotel doesn't provide room cleaning service due to eco policy. However, it is so clean that you dont need that if you keep your room clean by yourself. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time and will recommend my friends as well.

Location was great - less than 1 block away from Lawson's, Family Mart, 7-11 (recommended as this one has good seating). Short walk from Onarimon Station (Toei Line), 10 minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station (JR Line -- front entrance does not have elevator or escalator, follow the monorail signs to the separate entrance). Every night coming back to Onarimon station A2 exit would grant a great view of Tokyo Tower lit up. The room was much larger than expected, 2 coin operated laundry machines are available on 4th floor (there is a link to check if they are in use), each machine washes and dries (you do not need to change machine), it cost us (6) 100 yen coins (500 not accepted) - if you are short on change, ask front desk. Each floor has a water filling machine, it was perfect for us to top up our bottles every morning. We had our luggage delivered to this hotel from Osaka, which arrived 2 days sooner than we anticipated but they gladly held for us until our arrival (please let hotels know first before you ship to them - this applies to all hotels!!)

Location is fabulous for getting from/to Haneda airport on the monorail for £3 each way (June 2024) and then walking from the railway station to the hotel took 10 mins max. You can either use the Damion underground station or the closer Onarimon underground station but make sure you buy a 72 hour tourist underground ticket from Ginza Tourist information located in the Ginza underground station as if you swap between Toei and Tokyo metro lines, you have to buy separate tickets whereas the 72 hour pass covers both networks. Lovely staff at hotel and good breakfast, albeit it pricey at £24 per person but we ate enough to sink a whale each morning which lasted us until the evening when we went to the local "salaryman" eateries just down the road. Room spacious enough for us with large TV on wall, kettle and empty fridge. Hotel also has a launderette room on the 4th floor which provides soap powder and you only need Y500 for a wash cycle. Also has tumble dryers for Y100 for 30 mins so much cheaper than UK launderettes!

Really good location. 5 minutes from an underground station and about 10 minutes from the main JR line. Close to Tokyo Tower and only took 30 minutes to walk to Ginza if you feel like a break from the train. The staff were all super friendly and polite. Loved walking into to lobby and the little book rooms dotted about! We had a triple room for two adults and a teenager with 3 single beds (one set of bunks). Room wasn't huge but it was big enough and had a small seating area which was useful when we wanted to chill and have snacks. All three beds came with a set of various charging points which was amazing. Really impressed with the toiletries that were provided, covering all the things you might possibly have forgotten - toothbrushes, razors and all manner of other items. Breakfast was OK but we only ate in the hotel the first morning as we found other places that we thought were better value. The French bakery just round the corner was excellent!

Our flight arrived in Tokyo very early but the hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating with providing an early check-in for us. The hotel itself is really interesting, with multiple floors dedicated to different types of literature (Art, Architecture, Music, etc.). The breakfast is brilliant and I would highly recommend. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It also included everything you may need (spare toothbrush, razor, slippers, etc.). Finally, we thought the location was fantastic. Very easy connection to the main Tokyo train station, as well as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Shimbashi and so on. Importantly, it's very easy to get to from Haneda airport.
